Multihead combination weighers of the SPC series
have been conceived in order to satisfy the
requirements of the different food industries.
Multihead combination weighers construction is based
on new concepts, they are easy to use and offering
high speeds and reliability together with great accuracy
and flexibility in weighing a wide range of products.

The SPC multihead combination weighers are supplied
with either a feeding belt or a chute vibrator controlled
by a weight detection cell and/or photocell.
The central cone constantly feeds the vibrators.

Our combination weighers are characterized by easiness
of cleaning and proper devices suitable to prevent dust
intrusion

Vibrators construction design is made according to the
type of product.
Our experience gives us the possibility to help our
customers both during the project definition and after the
plant purchase with a very good after-sales assistance.

Possible installation of a software for memorizing and
exchanging production final balance data and remote
diagnostic data with the outside (through net connection).

SPC multihead combination weighers can be made with
larger hoppers for special applications and big volumes
or with embossed stainless steel hoppers for fresh or
hard flowing products. Hoppers design is such as to
avoid small size products spillage.

PC combination weighers are very versatile and can be
coupled with any vertical packaging machine or
horizontal thermoforming system.

SPC multihead combination weighers have got a wide
range of applications: snacks, bakery, pasta, corn-flakes,
sweets, fresh products, granular products, etc.

BSO3i software provide the SPC weighers with backbone
for proper operation. Together with a color touch-screen
color 10.4” LCD display (10,4”TFT touch screen)
it enables the operator to set easily the working
parameters, to choose the language, to recall the
preset working profiles and to get information such as:
out-put, standard deviation, production final balances, etc.

It is quick to set and recall up to 100 different production
profiles.
There are two different levels of password, one for
setting up the working parameters (operator level) and
one for the special parameters (manager level).

It is possible to choose the desired language of
program.

The self-diagnostic system enables to display the
eventual machine stops and detect the stoppage cause.

The SPC multihead weighers are made with Stiavelli
usual care and quality and exploit the wide experience
grown in over 20 years of production of weighing and
packaging plants for different food industries.
Particular attention has been paid to the weighers
accessibility and cleaning.
The SPC weighers have got all the parts in touch with
product made of food-grade stainless steel and the
different models are available with either painted or
total stainless steel frame.

Machine stops are reduced thanks to the easy
replacement of each weighing head.

The simple construction of the hoppers fits make their
disassemble easy.

The weighers is supplied with a powered shutter located
inside the unloading chutes to prevent product breakages.
(The shutter can be easily excluded by program).

The display is equipped with an industrial PC with hard
disk and floppy disk drive. Basic Ethernet connectivity,
RS 232, and possibility to connect a local printer.
