Volumetric Filling and Dosing -
Volumetric fillers are offering simple and economical
solution for dosing powders and granulates.
Typical
Volumetric cup doser featured with 6
telescopic cups.
Set on a gantry made of
painted carbon steel.
Body and parts in contact with product made of
stainless steel.
Alternatively fully stainless steel version can be
supplied.
Big advantage of the volumetric filler is very
simple construction, and consequently very
easy maintenance.
Telescopic cups allowing for simple automatic
or manual adjustment of the filled volumes,
by means of manual push buttons, or correction
signals from in line checkweighers.
Sets of dosing cups can be easily replaced
allowing to fill vide range of product volumes
with single machine.
This is recommended to use in line checkweigher
installed after packaging machine that will
check the weight of every single product.
In the case of weight variations, correction
feed-back signal will be send to the dosing
system providing active net weight control loop.
