Horizontal Form Fill Seal machine for long pasta with integrated weighing system-
This equipment is design to dose, control and check
weight of long pasta.
The dosing process is made in two stages, first approx.
95% of the target amount is is dropped into the scale
hopper by volume.
The remaining amount is filled via vibratory chute,
until target weight is achieved.
In order to optimize weighing process PLC is constantly
analyzing signals from the weigh cells and evaluate
optimal set points, between bulk volumetric filling,
and top-up via vibratory chute
The CPL85 is an intermittent motion packaging
machine for long-cut pasta and special products
in pillow type bags. It can be equipped with a built in
or independent weighing system like DVD85.
Thanks to its simplicity and reliability CPL85 machine
is well-known and highly appreciated all over the world.
